![]() Checked in for our transfer and was given no update on ETA. We arrived at the airport from a red eye flight at 3:10am. Will never use SuperShuttle again at MCO. If you want to add hours to your vacation, hassle and the possibility of missing your flight, by all means book thru Super Shuttle. When she finally called the representative was with the actual driver and in a mild tone said “you were supposed to be there at 7:30.” Fortunately I had allotted a lot of extra time. I finally received a call long after I had waited, hired a Lyft driver, and arrived at the airport. I double checked my return the day before to make sure I had a ride and talked with a real person. The emergency contact number which I tried numerous times would not ring through via cell phone or landline. ![]() The vehicle and driver were both excellent. The expediter wasn’t sure I was even the passenger and that added another 15 minutes as he double checked. Finally I found the driver, car and expediter. When I arrived at the airport and got my bags, the instructions for finding the counter and car were very poor and there actually was no booth at either west or east end of baggage claim as stated in the email instructions. The app is complicated and I had to redo the reservation several times. They offered three levels of service and I chose the middle - a sedan. ![]() So she made the extra drive around to drop us off at arrivals where we had to scramble to get to our gate. ![]() This is poor customer service if you ask me.ĪND to add insult to injury, our driver accidentally drove to the departures drop-off area and said she could not stop and drop us off there because she would get in trouble if another driver saw her. It doesn't make sense to me and it's unfortunate because I would now rather use Uber than pay for this service. So, instead of dropping off passengers in the departure area because they are on a timeline to check in for their flight, they make them find their way through the airport from the departure section to their gate. Our last driver to the airport disclosed that the new CEO implemented a new policy to drop off passengers in the arrival section instead of departure because it's faster and easier for the drivers to pick up their next passengers who are arriving in Orlando. As kind as the shuttle drivers were, I have to give SuperStar Shuttle one star (I'd give zero stars if I could). ![]()
